When attempting to connect to certain dApps, you may come across an error pop-up that says: “Connection failed”. This pop-up will mostly stem from connection issues from the dApp itself but below we’ll share some steps to take on how to still connect to your dApp while there are connection issues!
Connecting via App or Website:
Sometimes the connection issues stem from a dApps app vs. website. If you’re attempting to connect via an app, you may want to try connecting on a separate device and connecting to the dApps website!
VPN:
If you have an active VPN on, we’d highly advise to turn your VPN off and try re-connecting again.

As most issues will stem from the dApps themselves, it’s best to connect with their respective support teams for additional assistance to help!
