Before getting started:
From Robinhood directly, in order to enable crypto wallets, you’ll need to verify your identity and add two-factor authentication to your account. Once you complete those steps, it may take approximately up to five business days for Robinhood to review your info and enable crypto wallets for you to send to Rainbow (or receive).For more information on Robinhood’s Identity Verification and 2FA process, we’d recommend taking a look at Robinhood’s support guide here: https://robinhood.com/us/en/support/articles/cryptocurrency-wallets/
Sending Crypto from Robinhood to Rainbow on Mobile:
Navigate to the crypto’s detail page.
Tap Send.
On the send ETH screen, select “Enter manually” at the bottom.
On the next screen, you’ll then paste your Rainbow wallet address in the address field before clicking continue.
Always check to be sure you’re sending to an address you have full access to.
On the following screen, you’ll want to review the message Robinhood shares with you before tapping I acknowledge.
Next, you’ll then Enter the amount you’d like to send.
Tap Review.
Tap Submit.
⚠️ Rainbow only supports ETH and Ethereum-based assets. Do not send other types of cryptocurrencies or assets to your wallet.
Sending Crypto from Robinhood to Rainbow on PC or Mac:
Navigate to the crypto’s detail page.
Tap the 3 dots next to Buy. Then, navigate to Send & Receive.
Enter the amount you’d like to send in the Amount field.
Paste your Rainbow wallet address in the Send To field.
Tap Review.
Tap Submit.
